Dana Lamb, a 15 year private wealth management recruiter, has joined Old Greenwich Consultants to head up business development. He will be a Managing Director and will be based in Boston.

Jeff Bischoff, founder of OGC, is excited to be bringing Mr Lamb into his retained search firm. “Dana has been involved directly or indirectly with dozens of the Private Wealth Management industry’s biggest deals over his career and he has a great network of top executives and advisors across the country. His ability to listen, his attention to detail and unparalleled industry knowledge make him a sought after resource for FA’s and teams who are considering a transition. We plan on building a great business together in the coming years” Bischoff said.

OGC has expanded from its singular focus when Bischoff launched the company with Goldman Sachs as his only client in mid 2009 to include a broad range of clients across all industry sectors. Jeff Bischoff has worked for and executed talent acquisition projects on behalf of boutique multi family offices, mega banks like BofA, high-end wealth management units like Merrill PBIG and Goldman’s Ayco division as well as fast rising regional banks like First Republic and RBC.

In addition to traditional wealth management recruiting, OGC represents RIAs, Middle Office firms, custodians, venture capital firms, debt providers, and financial advisory teams looking to launch their own RIA through OGC’s consulting company RIA Capital Solutions.

Bischoff said Dana Lamb will also be responsible for business development for RIACS since the businesses are so directly complimentary.
